As the construction of China’s traffic hub flourishing, railway stations of major cities aredeveloping in a more centralized, stereoscopic and integrated way. However, the integratedmanagement system and management effectiveness of the railway station urban traffic hubsdiffers, some local transportation hub software management level is far behind its hardwarefacilities, both of which weaken and restrict the normal function of the urban traffic hub.Mainly on the basis of Social Management taking the Tianjin Railway Station for example,complemented by the general experience of large and medium cities’ railway stations, thispaper demonstrates the necessity, feasibility and operability of establishing multidivisionalcoordination mechanism, which also does some preliminary design for the coordinationmechanism and problem-solving mechanism, in order to provide references of socialmanagement aspect.This paper attempts to use “polycentric theory” and other social management theory analyzenot only multidisciplinary management system but also has its barriers between higher andlower levels or between different departments and regions. After that, contrast and draw lessonsfrom China and foreign countries major cities’ management system and managerial experience.Finally mouse out the solution of Tianjin railway station urban traffic hub integratedmanagement--establish multi-sectoral coordination mechanism and multi center managementparadigm.
