This research mainly working to find support for the psychological effect of capital, throughthe external help to affect employee internal quality, so as to find better management methods toimprove the quality of the staff, keep the competitiveness of the talents.In this study we visited a large enterprise in Shenzhen, doing the questionnaire in some timeand side and received302valid questionnaires, of this questionnaire mainly consists of threecomponents: Gender, age, record of formal schooling, position and demography variables.Copenhagen social psychology Questionnaire (Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire,COPSOQ), is established by Danish psychologist Tage S.K Ristensen and Vilhelm Borg. Thisquestionnaire is been translate by English version, widely used and recognized in home andabroad. The questionnaire include26dimensions and95questions. This research mainly usethree of the dimensions of organizational support;Psychological capital questionnaire.First of all, The study get reliability and validity analysis through the factor analysis.Organization support divided into development space, team help, Information feedback.Psychological capital divided into confidence, hope, tenacity, optimistic four factors variables.After considering the demography variable of the organization support and psychologicalcapital factor relevant analysis and regression analysis, we will get the following conclusion:1. There are some extent different in gender, age, position demography variables in theorganizational support2. There are some extent different in gender, age, position demography variables in thePsychological capital3. Three factors in organization support has correlation,4. The four factors in psychological capital has positive relevance5. All the factors in organization support and psychological capital have certain degree ofcorrelation6. Organizations support for the psychological capital has good linear relationship andorganization support has a certain degree influence for the psychological capital.Through the study, I hope to get breakthrough in the management methods, which not onlyfocuses on the influence of psychological capital in turnover, job satisfaction, but also take high quality company management system and enterprise culture to foster psychological capital, so asto achieve the company and the employee win-win situation.
