In today's society is a stressful time,such as an increasingly sompetitive market,speed up the pace of work,make people from all walks of life work pressure surge.In the enterprise,as a result of the high strength work pressure can not be effectively relieve,caused the enterprise staff's physical and psychological exhaustion,which produces boredom to work,embodied in:low mood,work enthusiasm to reduce,treat others with indifference,reduce work efficiency and so on.Thus,serious sense of job burnout for staff personal future and the future development of the enterprise is very adverse impact,therefore how to reduce employees' job burnout become important issues of enterprise human resources management.Based on the survey of 487 state-owned enterprises staff questionnaaire of ShanDong province as an object,using the SPSS21.0 software,by building the relevant econom etric model,explores the enterprise emplyees' perceived organizational support,the internal relations between psychological contract and job burnout.The results showed that:(1)the feeling of job burnout and organizational support have significant negative correlation;(2)perceived organizational support and psychlolgical contract exist positive correlation;(3)there were significant negative correlation between job bmout and the psychological contract relations;(4)the psychological contract acts as the intermediary variables between perceived organizational support and job burnout.According to the results of this study,this paper on how to mitigate and reduce employees' job burnout feeling,putting forward the importance to employees' psycholocical contract management,building a fair compensation system,building environment of the psychological contract,making the positive enterprise culture,strengthening organizational support,improving the staff training system,strengthening the organization and management,enhancing the value of the enterprise and the staff identity and related policy Sugestyons.
