Enterprise have a fair, just and open salary system make them have external competitiveness,internal fairness, incentive to the employees, which will adequately inspire the enthusiasm of thestaff and the passion of the work.But this is not a very simple matter.We must make full use ofvarious means, coupled with the enterprise and its system’s cooperation to constantlystrengthened the enterprise system and develop a scientific and rational system of corporatesalary system.Enterprise salary management and corporate culture development is continue toimprovement make the staff satisfaction level improve to the highest degree.In this paper, through the analysis of the influencing factors which can affect the employee’ssalary satisfaction, we could evaluate the significance of staff salary satisfaction and give therelevant comments and suggestions.In this paper, I studied mainly from the factors of the staff gender, age, education, marital status,seniority and other personal property. From this paper, we can find that not all factors have agreat impact on the satisfaction. This paper’s viewpoint is that the main factors affected thesatisfaction include wages, the type of work,academic qualifications, and so on.At the end of the paper, I still study that the possibility of the salary satisfaction influencecould affect employees’ confidence in the auto4S stores and hether they should continue the jobin the auto4S stores or not, which is the automobile4S stores managers are most concernedabout. The Conclusion is the relationship between them is very significant.
