The article, taking Zhengzhou Yifan Machinery and Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd (hereinafter called Zhengzhou Yifan) as research object, introduces how the research and design of salary system is executed for Zhengzhou Yifan.In the general part, the article introduces the meaning of the subject, the purpose of research and its background. In this part, it firstly introduces the position and roles of salary in the modern human resources management, explaining that "Only the proper salary system is the best salary system", also it briefly introduces the company-Zhengzhou Yifan, then points out the purpose of the thesis which is to establish a "Proper" salary system for Zhengzhou Yifan company.In the 2nd part of the article, it studies and analyzes the thinking of the salary system design of Zhengzhou Yifan through the basic principle, factors to be considered, basic design thinking, concrete design ideas, and process models of its salary system design, etc. In the 3rd part for salary system design of Zhengzhou Yifan, it firstly introduces the company's human resources principle and salary strategy, and then analyzes the company posts through questionnaire investigation method and interview method. The revised "CRG" method, i.e. "Five Factors Method" is applied to evaluate work posts, so as to determine the post value points of different posts; the evaluation model of employees' ability for Zhengzhou Yifan is then established to evaluate the employees' ability. To make the designed salary system meet the market conditions, and more attractive & competitive in the market, the salaries have been investigated, and based on the investigation results, a comparison curve line is drawn between the company salary and the market salary. Then according to the salary diagram and the salary model of Zhengzhou Yifan, the design of the Company salary system is carried out. In the part for the structure design, it designs the basic salary, achievements salary, overtime salary and insurance welfare of the company.In the thesis' final part, i.e. the conclusion part, a summary is made for the whole article, and it points out that after designing, it has established a complete salary system for...
