With the national introduction of preferential policies for auto industry, greatly promote the auto industry’s rapid growth, the engine professional talent competition has been intense while the vehicle companies are copeteting for product market, Salary management is one part of human resources management, it is an important part in the competition for talent, to attract talent, hold talent plays an irreplaceable role. Staff salary satisfaction is the main standard to judge the management efficiency. Good salary satisfaction encourage staff to work hard for the company, and take more value to reach the purpose of salary management.In our country, have not the salary satisfaction research for manufacture now, the research between the salary growth and salary satisfaction is not much also, with this research, we can find that this kind of salary management on salary satisfaction of employees affects personality characteristic, and provide some data for domestic salary satisfaction theory research.This article research mainly bases on a company which located in China western develop area, depending the compensation data contrast and field communication method to research the low salary satisfaction of the company’s from2008to2010, through research, we found some problem about the company’s culture, working environment, salary management, performance management, staff bring in, training management, financial management, trade management and other aspects, this articlepoint out the way to improve employees’satisfaction, and explained the salary increase and salary satisfaction relationship can not simply equate, should pay more attention to the management methods, skills, the implementation process as well as the salary management purpose eventually.
