Although the development of Chinese private enterprise had already created manysocial and economic benefits, they showed some features that were harmful to thefurther business management as well. In view of these things, I made some researchesabout recruitment management. I had learned theory of recruitment management andeconomic mode which may benefit us. At the mean time, we summarized somecommon ideas of labor relationship management and Sandver’s labor relationship modeas the foundation of our research. The Comparative analysis of recruitment managementin private enterprise had proved that the level of development in developing nations hadfallen far behind some developed nations. Finally, taking C conglomerate as an example,I did some studies about recruitment management. I had found the problems of privateenterprise in their recruitment management which ware recruitment management’snotion, recruiting and training system, employment dual system and labor dispatching.And I tried my best to locate the influence factors both internally and externally, such aspolitics, economic, society, culture, labor market and owner’s quality, recruitment DualSystem, human resource’s structure, low-cost strategy. Taking the example ofhumanistic management, enterprise power ethics, human resources managementdigitalization and the way of the diversification of labor employment can optimize thequality of recruitment management. In the end, harmonious labor employmentmanagement thoughts of C conglomerate make the effect of improving the level ofrecruitment management.
