The Research On Jinzhong City Land Resources Sustainable Utilization

Land resources as the human survival and the development material foundation, thesustainable use of land resources has become our country to realize the strategy of sustainabledevelopment basic guarantee. In recent years, with rapid economic development and global citychanges a course accelerate, land resources, especially farmland resource is decreasing year by year,the finite sex of land natural resources and economic and social development needs of the infinitesex contradiction is increasingly acerb, which requires us in the land resources utilization in theprocess of reflection, to seek a sustainable development the road.Based on this, the paper take the land resource sustainable utilization as the research object,taking the ecological footprint theory as the instruction, to the Jinzhong city land resourcesutilization status of research and analysis, by using ecological footprint model classification inJinzhong city was calculated the ecological footprint per capita2006-2010years, and on the basis ofdifferent years of ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity analysis of dynamicevolution finally, the sustainable land use of Jinzhong city condition evaluation research. The resultsshow that:（1）Jinzhong City2006-2010per capita ecological footprint overall decreasing trend, by20062.20239hm2/decreased to1.98203hm2/person, net0.21937hm2/person, show natural resourcesof Jinzhong city land utilization status was improved year by year.（2） Jinzhong City2006-2010per capita ecological carrying capacity decreased year by year.（3）Jinzhong City2006-2010years, ecological deficit although declined, but its averageecological pressure index of2, indicating that the ecological demands exceeds the ecologicalthreshold, the current land resources utilization in Jinzhong city is still in the state of sustainabledevelopment.According to the above analysis result, this article to alleviate the ecological deficit, realize thesustainable utilization of land resources in Jinzhong, put forward some suggestions: strengthen thepublicity and education of land resources utilization, establish hardship consciousness; to strengthenland utilization overall control; strictly protect arable land, especially primary farmland; insist on saving and intensive use of land, invigorated the stock of land; to insist to plan as a whole varioustypes of land, protect land for economic development; to strengthen the land ecological protection,promoting the sustainable utilization of land resources.
