Regional Analysis On The Coordinating Level Of The Energy Consumption And Economic Growth In China

Energy is the material foundation of the progress and development of human society, and is also the main power of social economy activities and the main raw material source. Energy and economy are closely related. Energy contributes to the growth of economy and economic growth drives the development of the energy industry.’With the growth of the economy, problems between the energy and the environment become more and more serious, and so does the lack of energy. The system which includes the energy, the economy and the environment is now a hot research issue in energy economics.This paper, following the thought of balance and coordinating developing system of energy.economy, and environment, comment on the energy and economy evaluation system, and construct a regional coordinating level appraisal on engergy consumption and economic growth, including five index systems which are economy energy, energy supply, energy structure, energy and the envrionment, and regional economy energy. There are15indexes in all. On the basis of the data of2001-2009, using the principal component analysis method, evaluate the coordinating level of the various regions all over the country. And then use the multiple objective decision making method to get the regional energy consumption structure optimization in2030, and make some strategic suggestion for different regions.
