Research On The Development Strategies Of Edible Fungus Industry In Shaanxi Province

The article introduced the situation of the edible fungus industry at domestic and abroad,analyzed the development constraints of edible fungus in Shaanxi province, then put forwardits development direction in the future, and established a development model for ediblefungus industry in Shaanxi Province. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of edible fungus industry will buffer the conflicting between the landsupply and people demand of Shaanxi Province，and promote the local economy development.In the northwest regions of China, conflict between people and land is a serious problem.More and more farmers lost land. Cultivation of edible fungus becomes an important way tosolve these problems. It will reform the traditional agricultural development way, increase theoutput eiffciency of land and make more fanners step up to the way of modern agriculture.This will be an effective way to achieve rapid economic development of Shaanxi Province.(2)Analyzing the edible fungus development status of Shaanxi, pointing out the problems.There are: the interests of farmers who cultivate the edible fungus are low; most of the ediblefungus cannot meet the standardized production; export trade and domestic markets havegreat influence on the businesses and farmers; professional cooperatives can’t play its dueresponsibilities and obligations, and they have less influence on cultivating edible fungus. Forthese problems，this article proposes to accelerate the construction of edible fungus trademarkets or transit centers, develop the brand of edible fungus with the characteristics ofShaanxi Province, expand the scale of edible fungus and improve the ability of mechanizedcultivation, and strengthen the capacity of edible fungus external sales.(3)Developingedible fungus needs to co-ordinate the overall situation, and needs to establishstrategic objectives with long-term development. Looking at the development status of ediblefungus in international, national and Shaanxi Province, we know, if edible fungus industry wants to develop long-term, it should be located scientifically. Edible fungus industry shouldimprove the development level，standardize cultivation and production, lean management andoperation, encourage foreign investment actively, and finally achieve deep marketdevelopment. Besides, government should give priority to encourage the development ofleading enterprises to stimulate and promote the whole upgrade of edible fungus industry.(4) Developing edible fungus relies on the government’s decision-making, guidance andsupport. The development of edible fungus needs appropriate policy that made by government.Policy related to edible fungus can regulate and control the production of edible fungus，andguarantee the development of edible fungus in Shaanxi Province sustainable and stable.
