The problem of violating land law in rural land is not only serious, but also tough. It has come a perennial and long-standing problem the land sectors and the government at grassroots level face during their work.Through to the Hunan province Villagers’Illegally Building typical investigation, study obtained the Villagers’Illegally Building status, and the analysis of its causes.
