With the world economy gradually out of the crisis, the economic and trade issues will transform different forms, which the two sides need to be adjusted, in seeking to resolve the contradiction can reach a consensus.In this paper, analysis of the EU economic and trade relations, respectively, from two perspectives of China and the EU-depth analysis of the interests of both the focus, trying to find out the attitude and approach of China’s response to EU economic and trade issues should be held; and proposed to promote bilateral economic and trade relations the development of countermeasures and suggestions; combined with the future economic and trade relations should be of major concern, rational, objective analysis of the relationship between the two, in seeking common ground while reserving differences and properly handle the factors of disharmony between China and Europe, and to achieve common prosperity, create a harmonious world, continue to make new contribution.
