Research on the production and operation of coal enterprises, especially research that for coal production technology, business processes, inventory management, which improving the operational efficiency of coal production has an important significance.Shendong Coal Group is wholly owned subsidiary of Shenhua Group, is also the largest Shenhua Group’s coal producer sub-branches,withl7mines, production capacity reached200million tons, first built in the country tons of coal production base in2005, to become China’s first200million tons of coal production base in2010, the economic and technical indicators have reached the first, world-class level.In this paper, as the research object to Shenhua Group that the banner of China’s coal industry and the representative of advanced productive forces, introduced Shendong Coal Group’s production technology, business processes, inventory, analysis of the process in the production and operation problems, and proposed to improve the direction and focus.In this paper, form three aspects that production technology, production processes, inventory management, which analysis Shendong Coal Group’s production operation management reality and as a starting point.
