| Developing the Lanzhou new area is carried out for the local economy of Gansu province in implementing to a great strategic, but the new area located in the arid area of northwest, the poor natural climate condition, weak ecological environment and typical problems of the ecological environment has already become the important limiting factors to influence the development of the local. Therefore, We must pay more attention to the protection of the ecological environment in this special area when we develop the new district, look for and build environment-friendly land use pattern actively. By investigating the nature, economic and social condition, calculating the bearing capacity of regional environment and the safety evaluation of ecological landscape, we build some environment-friendly land use pattern which is suitable for the development of the new district.This paper overview of the status of research of environment friendly land use model and defines it, analysis the features of land resources using of Lanzhou new area and the connection between land use and ecological environment. Secondly we construct the evaluation system of environmental bearing capacity from the air, land and water resources respectively. Meanwhile, we analysis an sensitivity of the ecology of the new area, make an safety evaluation of landscape pattern using landscape ecology principle, and also puts forward the relevant optimized adjustment programs. Finally based on the characteristics of land using, natural ecological environment and the industrial planning zoning the new land using of environmental friendly, and endowed each partition with specific land using pattern of environment friendly.The research has certain theoretical and practical significance for the guidance of efficiency sustainable utilization of the construction of Lanzhou new-area and for other urban districts, especially provide powerful reference and guidance advices for the arid region of new land exploitation. |
