The Study Of Indictors System And Empirical Analysis For Agricultural Development Pattern Transition

Since the reform and opening-up policy have been carried out, the Hunan province’s agriculture has great developed, but in the process of development there are still a series of problems:the agricultural structure is not reasonable; the quality of the agricultural production factors is low; the level of agriculture marketization and industrial organizational is low; there are conflicts between agricultural production mode and ecological environment.The article, starting with the connotation of transformation of agricultural developing mode, and combining with the present situation of the development of agriculture in Hunan province, and then build the evaluation system of the agricultural development pattern transition t. Then collect the related data from1978to2009, and make comprehensive evaluation of agricultural development pattern transition in Hunan by entropy method. Evaluation results showed that:from1978to2009, the agricultural development pattern transition in Hunan Province has achieved some success, on the whole showed a good momentum of development. But over the32years, the composite score of the agricultural development pattern transition is fluctuated, there are two obvious descents. In general, the agricultural development pattern transition in Hunan Province is still in the initial implementation phase, some distance away from the eventual phase. According to the result, the paper analyzes the reasons why the agricultural development mode changes so slowly. Finally, put forward the proposals to achieve a fundamental transition of agricultural development pattern.
