In Xi 'an Tourist Hotel Human Resources Management Problems And Countermeasures Research

As economic globalization has made significant development and the services market is becoming more competitive, more and more attention has been paid to human resources management. As the most important part of the services industry, tourist hotels should pay more attention to human resources management.It has an important meaning for the t sustainable development of tourist hotels of Xi’an to improve the human resources management of tourist hotels of Xi’an.This article conclude the human resources management theory of home and abroad,in particular content-based incentive theory,strategic human resources management theory and human capital theory.Based on this,this paper analyze the features of the human resources management of tourist hotels of Xi’an,including that workers are young and has high turnover rate and so on,by analiyzing the A hotel of Xi’an.Besides,it point some misunderstandings of the tourist hotels of Xi’an to human resources management.The forth part of this paper study the problems and reasons of human resources management of tourist hotels of Xi’an,using the empirical study on the A hotel of Xi’an. Lastly,according to the present situation of the human resources management of tourist hotels of Xi’an,this paper put forward some feasible suggestions to improve the human resources management,including changing ideas about talents,construting cultural system, establishing the hotel professional behavior evaluation systemand and so on.According to the satatue of tourist hotels of Xi’an,this paper make the comnination of the theory and the practice of hotel’s human resources management and seek the effective way to improve the human resources management of tourist hotels of Xi’an. I believe it has important meaning.
