Independently operated,responsible for its own profits and losses, Farmer cooperatives areeconomic organization which units the agricultural resources of independent oporators,thus haseffectively solved the problem of the connection between the small-scale production of famers and thelarge-scale mareke need. It has played a vital role in agricultural development of Zhejiang, with thefamers’ income and the production of famers improved. Sales service is one of the most important tasksof Farmer cooperatives. It can prevent the intermediary business from reducing prices and qualities aswell as the competitive situation of some organizations, which protect the interests of farmers. Byestablishing a stable and reliable relationships with middle business organizations, a sense oforganization can be enhanced and a stable market supply will be formed.At present, researches on the cooperative sales mode done by domestic scholars focus more on asingle sales mode through typical case studies, which are limited to focusing on the joint of thecooperatives and leading enterprises, and the combination of the agriculture and supermarkets.Studieson other sales model are rare, let alone detailed and deep researches on the topic.Firstly, the paper gives a brief introducion of the current situation and characteristics of productsales of Zhejiang Farmers cooperatives. Based on the questionnaire, interwiew and the typical casestudy, it analyses its sales modes, weakensses and strengths, and its suitability as well. Besides, theresearch also probs on the key problems to be solved. Suitable sales service can promote product sales,ensure the market trade stability of the cooperatives, which can help the cooperatives achieve maximumefficiency, and improve the incomes of its members. Futhermore, according to the interview with itsleaders, the paper endeavers to make an analysis of the facors restricting the creative mode of thecooperatives, which include capital shortage, lack of talants, the weak cooperative awareness of somemembers as well as poor location. Lastly, some suggestions are offered to better the sales mode. In orderto broden its service area, and the cooperatives need to choose a suitable sales mode and innovate itssales mode. Needless to say, the government is advised to give a hand to the cooperatives to enhance itssales ability.
