Following the further deepening and development of the global economic integration and globalization, the foreign trades among nations and regions are more frequent and flourishing. Especially in 80's of the 20th century, the manufacture capacity, quality level, production ranks and technical level of China railway equipments have acquired great development and even bigger stride. On the basis of these advantages, the railway equipments'export quantity and geographic areas distribution have also developed quickly and remarkably. According to the statistics, the railway equipments made in China, had been exported to more than 40 countries and regions including Asia, Africa, Latin America, European and America continents. Following the export quantity increasing, the problems of corresponding after-sales services have occurred, which has so different circumstances, cultures and habits from those in China. How to deal with it? That has been the questions we must face directly. The solution is that we should establish new type after-sales service mode according to the tendency of the world development to maximize meeting the requirements from our customers and cement the occupied market to further realize the "second time" marketing. The relevant research has the fundamental influence on the overseas market expanding and multinational operation of rail equipment manufacture companies.This study makes use of the study method of combining theory with practices, first it introduces the theory of project management and the position of the after-sales services in the process of a project. After that makes an illumination of the normal mode of after-sales services including the inland and overseas railway field to solidify the foundation of this study. On the base of the above analysis, the emphasis has been put on the relevant analysis and research of the after-sales service mode for the major railway equipment manufacture of China, in which the writer works now. In this study, the detailed and practical researches have been done to establish a new style after-sales service mode. Through comparing between the inland and overseas modes, the past and the modern and finding the advantages and disadvantages among them, Corresponding to the analysis, focusing on the existing weakness, the ideas to establish new style and integrated after-sales services mode based on the modern net technology has been put forward.According to the analysis mentioned above, the writer makes a special conclusion and suggest:a new and integrated after-sales services mode based on the mature and developed network technology, which should be established to integrate the overseas office or agency and after-sales service station into the major after-sales services platform of the head office to realize the remote failure diagnose, real-time data analysis and information sharing. By this platform and new style mode, various resources of the company including design, technology, logistics, quality control, and human resources can be utilized fully; meanwhile, this mode can provide a solution to the challenge from the increasingly expanding market overseas and reference to the site innovation for the products by sharing information from the platform. Under the conditions of market economics and free competition, the company can not only realize meeting the requirements from customers, but also fulfill the "second time" marketing and business chains extension to the much largest extent.
