Research On Construction For Sustainable Housing Based On The Whole Life Cycle

As a backbone of a country， housing industry provided people the livingaccommodations，at the same time，it also led to a certain extent of damage to environmentand caused a lot of energy consumption．Therefore, residential construction is not only relatedto the improve of residents’ quality of life，but also related to national strategy of conservationof resources and energy strategy，national and social sustainable development．Aiming at thepresent residence industry problems of our country，taking the sustainable development as thebasic principle，with the whole life cycle theory， the sustainable housing following theecological equilibrium is realized the residential best form of sustainable development，whichalso will simultaneously promote the housing industry rapid and healthy development of ourcountry，and whose ecological，energy-saving construction， environmental protection，will certainly be the best way to solve the current residential high pollution． Therefore，thesustainable residential construction was studied in this article，the following aspects werediscussed and researched specifically：First of all，this article is stated from a series of environmental problems perspectivewhich is caused by the current residential construction activities，combining with the actualsituation in China，to state the purpose and significance of the sustainable housing building，and to determine the main contents and research methods．Secondly，from the theory of the sustainable residential construction—sustainabledevelopment theory，the theory of whole life cycle and the3R technology theory，the articleintroduction the sustainable residential connotation， characteristics， purposes and theinfluence of energy resources and environment for sustainable residential development．Thenit introduced the situation of overseas developed country s sustainable residentialconstruction, and reveals the enlightenment to China’s sustainable residential constructioncombined with China’s actual conditions．Thirdly，aiming at the problems in residential construction，the article put forward to themode of building sustainable residential construction which is based on life cyclemanagement，and established the sustainable residential construction principle，and elaboratedthe implementation of sustainable construction of the4phase：pre-planning, planning anddesign, green construction, operation and maintenance．Finally，the article puts forward to suggestion and countermeasures for our countrysustainable residence construction．...
