Housing industrialization as architectural model,which can promote the transformation and innovation development of construction industry.It not only can solve environmental pollution effectively,improve labor productivity,improve the quality of housing,alleviate labor shortage and other issues,but also play a leading role in the development of the whole national economy.Although housing industrialization has been widely recognized at this stage,but it still in the initial stage,compared to the pioneer of housing industrialization in Japan,the United States and other developed countries,the domestic housing industry market has not been formed and the slow development,there is still a big gap,the promotion process is more difficult.Through the feedback of leading enterprises of housing industrialization,high cost is the main reason for restricting the development of the housing industry,which makes developers prefer to sacrifice the environment of residential construction cost by using traditional construction methods.According to the current research status of housing industrialization in China,the benefit is not clear,researchers only focus on the economic,environmental,social benefits of unilateral benefit research,and in the economic benefits of excessive research,thus ignoring the construction product life cycle comprehensive benefits of the common role.In order to define the whole life cycle benefit development level of housing industrialization,mobilize the enthusiasm of development enterprises in the choice of housing industrialization construction mode,and promote the industrialization of housing in china,this paper considers the whole life cycle of housing industrialization and introduce examples to analysis comprehensive benefits in economy,environment and society.Based on reading a large number of literature and research,this paper expounds the development and benefit research of housing industrialization at home and abroad,discussing the concept,connotation and life cycle related theory of housing industrialization,analyzing the economic,environmental and social benefits of the whole life cycle of housing industrialization.Using the method of combining literature analysis and expert consultation,through statistical analysis of the relevant literature in the use of higher frequency indicators,consulting the experts of housing industrialization and understanding the actual situation ofindustrialized housing,finally,twenty evaluation indexes are selected in this paper.When choosing evaluation method,according to the applicability of each evaluation method contrast analysis and the life cycle benefit evaluation characteristics of housing industrialization.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and matter element analysis are combined to determine the evaluation method in this paper.Combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with matter element analysis to determine the evaluation method in this paper.Using C-OWA operator to weight aggregation of data,which can not only weaken the influence of the extreme value generated by subjective scoring,but also solve the ambiguity and uncertainty of housing industrialization benefit.Thus,the benefit evaluation model of housing industrialization based on fuzzy matter-element analysis of C-OWA operator is constructed,making the evaluation result more objective and reasonable.Finally,introducing the example of Qingdao Vanke Dong Jun industrialization project to evaluate and analyse the benefit on the whole life cycle.It can not only verify the feasibility of the model,but also put forward the feasible suggestions according to the evaluation results.Providing a strong basis for the future housing industry development and benefit evaluation.
