Research On The Evaluation Of The Development Of Construction Industry In China Based On Multi-technology

Construction industry is one of the pillar industries in national economy, the healthy development of which plays a vital role the in national economy of China. Combined with the trait of the development of construction industry, this paper has demonstrated the status of the construction industry and analysed the achievement of its development in China during the past30years after1978,with both positive and negative aspects discussed profoundly. Based on data envelopment analysis, we carry out a comprehensive evaluation on the input-output efficiency of construction industry, as well as a rational prediction of technical&economic indexes of the construction industry by applying the theory of statistics and artificial neutral networks.Upon an output comprehensive evaluation index system of construction industry, this paper has analysed and evaluated the current development and efficiency of the construction industry scientifically. According to the data in the statistic yearbook, this paper establishes the prediction model based on the method "of factor analysis and BP neutral networks and forecasts the economical&technical indexes through training and emulating the model. The index data of the year1996to2010relative to the input-output efficiency of construction industry are collected. In the evaluation system,the index data that can reflect the environment and energy consumption are added in the input part, while the output part is divided into two part standing for the economic efficiency and substance efficiency respectively. Apart from evaluating the input-output efficiency of the construction industry based on the data envelopment analysis and establishing the prediction model, the economical&technical indexes of construction industry in2011-2015have been predicted. Meanwhile, considering about the evaluation and prediction results and the problems existing in the development of construction industry,relevant suggestions and counter-measures have been put forward. It is hoped that this research can serve as an easy reference for government to unveil new policies of construction industry in the12th Five Year’s Plan. In this paper, varieties of technical methods are used in the calculation course and pieces of software for data analysis are introduced into the data processing.
