Study On Constructing And Implementation Management Of Knowledge Sharing System Based-on Ontology In IT Enterprises

IT enterprises are typical Knowledge-intensive enterprises. They have accumulatedmassive explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge in the process of product innovation. It’snecessary to manage this knowledge by using IT methods effectively. At present there aremany problems existing in the process of production innovation knowledge sharing, whichincludes that the development teams are distributed, and the effect of traditional knowledgeretrieval and knowledge discovery is poor, and the knowledge management procedure isdivorced from the business process, and the information systems are difficult to be integrated.The main reason of these problems is that these enterprises have not build a clear and unifiedintellectual framework. Ontology technology can solve the above problem because of itsunified and clear semantic knowledge hierarchy. This paper presents that the enterprises canapply the ontology technology to the development of knowledge sharing system. The paperdesigns the whole structure and the specific functions. Meantime, the paper proposed theimplementation countermeasures of the system. In brief, the paper provided a theoretical andpractical solution for IT enterprise knowledge sharing system construction andimplementation from the view of technology and management.First, based on the analysis of enterprise knowledge characteristics, IT productsinnovation process and the structure of the enterprise ontology, the paper puts forward theontology framework in the field of product innovation of IT enterprises, which includesprocess ontology, skill ontology, project ontology, personnel ontology and product ontology.Second, based on ontology technology and the basic theory of knowledge managementsystem, the paper designs a knowledge sharing system based on ontology of IT enterprise.This paper builds up the overall framework of the sharing system. And the paper analyses anddesigns the six core modules of the system, which includes online communication module,including expert network module, resource management module, knowledge retrieval module,knowledge push module and system maintenance module. At last, the paler analyses the coretechnology of the system, which includes the search technology based on ontology andLUCENE and knowledge mark technology.Again, this article puts forward the implementation countermeasures of the system. Thecountermeasures include three parts: the organization construction and optimization, theknowledge staff management and knowledge sharing culture construction.Finally, the paper constructs the domain ontology of IT enterprise product innovationwith the example of building of the software engineering tool ontology in the empirical research chapter. And the paper has used Protégé building tool to build the ontology and usedOWL ontology description language to formalize the ontology. The example provides ITenterprises with reference in enterprise ontology constructing. And this chapter introduce thedeveloping and running environment of the system and at last summarizes the characteristicsof the system and the improvement effect.
