Diagnosticanalysis includes: the consistency of the projectteam and corporate strategic objectives, team performance and individual performancemeasure comprehensive evaluation, index weight distribution reasonable evaluationand application for the result. Based on these problems, analysis the root cause and countermeasures characteristics of Xinli Corporation project team in the final recommendations forimprovement.
