Iron and steel industry is the foundation of the national economy and the pillar industry.Steel trade enterprise in the connection between production and consumption plays anindispensable role. Economic globalization, popularity of information technology, makes theenterprise in the face of the environment more uncertain. Along with market competition aregrowing, in crude steel production even innovation high, the reality of China steel years oflow added value, low margin profit but always linger.In this paper the sales strategy of sinosteel-guangdong company as the research object,Company operated steel varieties, low value-added low profit margins,as stated in the fieldsof construction steel. In this paper based on the scholars research results, Analysis ofcompany’s sales background and the general situation of the company, Combined with steeltrade enterprise facing the market environment and new way to trade to appear, the company’ssales strategy is analyzed, Now believe that China’s steel trade industry appear the followingchanges: Overall excess capacity, industry concentration is low and faced with steel producersand financial investment guest flanked. And there the following three new trading way thatsteel electronic trading platforms, futures trading and financial speculation. So, for the abovechanges to the original marketing strategies should be adjusted and the risks to reassess, basedon the original sales strategy combining with the above the adjustment of changes to advise anew countermeasures: Expand and steel financing cooperation, using the company’s brandadvantage agency of import and export and to establish a high-end steel steel processingprojects, And in the favorable condition into steel futures.
