In this case, onlyto enhance management efficiency in order to survive. The enhancement of managementefficiency is the most direct and effective way to enhance the management of humanresources. SMEs in the human, material and other aspects can not be done as a sound humanresources management in large enterprises, but SMEs can be on the basis of the limitedhuman and material resources, to learn from foreign advanced management experience to thecore of human resource management: performance appraisal system established to improvethe standardization of management mechanism, to enhance the company’s incentive toemployees through the performance appraisal. Enhance the operating efficiency of theorganization, improve the professional skills of employees, and promote the sounddevelopment of the organization, and ultimately benefit the organization and staff. This thesisis to analyze the performance appraisal system through the of Kai sense Technology Co., Ltd.,to improve its performance appraisal unscientific, unrealistic performance appraisal system.Relying on science, the pursuit of effective performance appraisal system to support theoperation of the organization. Completely solve the plight of the the Kai sense in humanresources management, and allow the company to retain people, and give full play to theirpotential, in the same competition in an invincible position. Also provide reference for theestablishment of the performance appraisal system for other SMEs.
