| The current software industry is accelerating its development in the direction of high quality,the industrial structure continues to be adjusted and optimized,and new growth points are constantly emerging.The software industry is becoming an important driving force for the development of China’s digital economy and smart society.China’s software industry is currently in a stage of rapid development after transformation,and the competition for enterprise talents is fierce.As a technology-based small and medium-sized private enterprise,CLKJ mainly provides information management consulting and software development services for state-owned enterprises.With the transformation of the environment,enterprises have made strategic adjustments,mainly including regional market expansion,new intelligent business,product R&D and innovation,and quality and efficiency improvement.Studying its human resources planning is conducive to laying out the future demand and supply of talents,preparing for a new organizational structure in advance,reserving key talents,and cultivating a talent team with strong innovation and research and development capabilities.According to the company’s construction and proposed projects,rationally allocate and develop the potential of employees,effectively realize the rational allocation of human resources,and provide talent guarantee for the enterprise to achieve the overall strategic goals.Based on the theoretical research of human resources planning,this paper formulates human resources objectives and planning plans based on enterprise development strategies,and provides safeguard measures for the implementation of the plan.Based on the analysis of the current situation of human resources planning in CLKJ company,this paper conducts employee questionnaire research to locate human resource planning issues,and then further identifies human resource planning issues and clarifies the strategic goals of enterprise talents through in-depth interviews with management.Based on the principles and objectives of human resources planning,through the human resources demand forecasting method and supply forecasting method,the net human resource demand of enterprises in the next five years is determined,and finally the planning implementation plan is proposed,a series of implementation safeguard measures are established,and the dynamic management process of evaluation and correction in the implementation process is proposed.The research of this paper is highly compatible with the development strategy and human resource practice of enterprises,and human resource planning is helpful to enhance the human resource management awareness of enterprise management,provide human support for the future development strategy of enterprises,and improve the efficiency of human resource management.At the same time,China’s small and medium-sized private enterprises occupy a certain proportion in China’s economy,and I believe that the research in this paper has certain reference significance for technology-based small and medium-sized private enterprises. |
