Rabies, commonly known as" mad dog disease ", is a kind of infectious diseases causedby rabies virus zoonosis central nervous system. It is so far the only high fatality rate of100%acute infectious disease of human beings. Rabies is not only the high fatality rate, but alsowith very tragic scene after the morbidity, which lead to people with severe mental andeconomic burden. At present, one of the most effective means to fight rabies is the injection ofrabies vaccine for human use.N company is producing rabies vaccine for human use. After6years of developmentsince its inception,, biological, pharmaceutical industry, biological products industry andregulatory authorities and pharmaceutical production of rabies vaccine for human use marketsand other external environment changed. On the other hand, the N company’s own conditionssuch as capital, human resources, organizational structure are also changed. On the existenceand development, N company is facing new opportunities and challenges.In the new opportunities and challenges, to find the most suitable for their owndevelopment path, and achieve the set goals, how can the N company find its’ way. This is thetopic that the strategy research of the N company we worked on.This is the N company’s development strategy research report.Based on the analysis of N company’s external environment and internal conditions, inresearch in conclusion N the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats,sorting out the N’s three development goals are as follows:One, expand production to an annual capacity of30000000:Two, improve value-added products, creating the industry profit advantage:Three, build China’s first brand of high-end rabies vaccine for human useThen with the industry experience and research results as the basis, we worked out Ncompany to be used by the general management strategy.On this basis, we woke out the N company’s strategy as follow:One, build accord with the requirement of the rabies vaccine for human use preparationworkshop, consists of engineering equipment maintenance departments, in collaboration withother departments jointly completed;Two, to raise prices and increase the value-added services, by the marketing departmentand quality control department to the human resources department, when necessary, careabout legal assistance;..In three, the industry standard-setting, mainly by the quality control department and R &D department together;Four, maintain a share of the domestic market, the export market, mainly by thecompany unitary organization, marketing, quality control and human resource departmentsjointly completed;Finally, this paper also discussed the specific measures to ensure the implementation ofthe strategyOne, a new workshop construction, established special project group, project group, ledby human resource mobilization layer and execution layer, composed, provisions in the newperiod of construction, special project all the members of the group also has the originalfunctions and a special project group, and at the same time attribution position can departmentsupervisors and special projects group takes the lead people management.Two, establish and high-end brands of enterprises, high-end brand idea and behaviorcriterion, the way to influence character by environment, influence of all staff of thecompany’s common values and norms of behavior.Three, strengthen, and drug regulatory departments, pay close attention to the industrydynamics, to make their products the development direction of true adaptation policies andindustry standards to adjust direction.Four, set up to meet the actual needs of the performance evaluation system of enterprises’actual, establish performance appraisal system, a detailed analysis of the enterprise cultureand post setting, repeated communication correction programs, give full play to the role ofrewards and punishments appraisal results.Our research is based on the analysis of N company’s external environment and internalconditions, summed up the N company’s own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Then, according to N company’s development plan and the intended target, made Ncompany’s development strategy with the industry experience and research results.During our analyses and demonstrates of N company, we looked into the actural situationof N company, used the SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Potter Porter Five Forces ModelAnalysis, Potter radar chart analysis, value chain management analysis tool, and assessedthe strategic level of N company’s situation on the strategic level, at the same time,weevaluated and forecast the development strategy of N company in the uncertainty in the riskanalysis.Finally, we pointed out the development strategy and key points of the N company anddrew our conclusion.
