Global economic promotes the development of multinational corporations. With theconstant changes in the organization and management, psychological contract, organizationalcitizenship behavior and task performance have become a hot research focus among scholars.Thailand has been rather close trade with China, and the number of its companies in China isalso growing. However, the differences in culture and environment become the difficulties inproduction and management for these companies. Differences in culture and other aspectssignificantly affect employees’ task performance by psychology and behavior of staffs. Thepsychological contract is an un-documented contract between the relationship of employeesand employers, is an expectation. In the enterprise of the Asian culture, the psychologicalcontract largely affects employee attitudes and behavior, thereby affects the task performance.From the perspective of organizational citizenship behavior, this paper tries to explorethe relationship between psychological contract and employees’ task performance. Based onreading and combing the relative studies, use the organizational citizenship behavior asintervening variable, the paper built the relation model and corresponding theoreticalhypothesis among the Psychological Contract, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and TaskPerformance. Through the data collection by the questionnaires on the employees of Thaicompanies in China, and do the analysis by SPSS17.0, the paper reached the following mainconclusions:(1) The effects of age and gender on psychological contract,organizational citizenship behavior and task performance are not significant, while theeffects of educational differences on these three are significant;(2) There is a significant positive correlation between psychological contract andorganizational citizenship behavior;(3) There is a significant positive correlation between organizational citizenship behaviorand task performance;(4) There is a significant positive correlation between psychological contract and taskperformance, organizational citizenship behavior play the intervening role between thepsychological contract and task performance.
