The Industrial Land Use Planning Research Of Modern Agricultural Demonstration Area

The modern agriculture demonstration zone, an important part of modern agriculture, is rising rapidly in recent years as a new organization form of agriculture. Lately, related files have been issued by the Ministry of Agriculture to claim that its primary task of the development of the modern agriculture in our country is the construction of the modern agriculture demonstration zone. Sticking to the principle of planning first, we should make most of the demonstration zones realize the modernization of agriculture.Therefore, planning seems to be significant to the modern agriculture demonstration zones and a major part of their planning is industry planning. Based on this point, the thesis takes the modern agriculture demonstration zone in the West Lake of Changde for example and studies its industrial land planning, aiming to give scientific instructions for land use and provide theories for the empirical analysis of industrial land use planning in the modern agriculture demonstration zone.The major research method of the thesis is the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The major contents of the thesis are introduced as follows:(1)Introducing the basic situation of the modern agriculture demonstration zone in the West Lake and analyzing quantitatively and qualitatively the current situation of its industrial land use and the existing problems.(2)Analyzing quantitatively the selection of leading industry of the modern agriculture demonstration zone in the West Lake and concluding that its leading industries are vegetable, aquiculture and cotton through selecting evaluating indicator of its leading industries and adopting the method of comprehensive evaluation.(3)Analyzing quantitatively structure optimization of the industrial land use of the modern agriculture demonstration zone in the West Lake and resulting the optimum structure of the industrial land use after combining the method of muti-objective planning and quantitative analysis and obtaining the land area of each industry.(4)Analyzing qualitatively the industrial land arrangement of the modern agriculture demonstration zone in the West Lake. Combining the industry layout analysis of influencing factors and Industrial land use structure, appling of classification of industry function zone modes,to layout the industrial space.(5)Finally proposing the safeguard mechanism of the industrial land planning.
