| With the rise and rapid development of modern agricultural demonstration parks,there have been demonstration parks of different types and functions in China.These parks have one thing in common that they are planned and constructed in accordance with local conditions and resource conditions.After successfully introducing the demonstration park,China has explored a multi-functional,multi-purpose and comprehensive agricultural demonstration park according to its national conditions and development needs.In the process of agricultural modernization,the "rural revitalization" strategy and multi-industry integration development proposed in recent years have injected vitality into the development of modern agricultural science and technology parks,which will bring new opportunities and promote new areas of modern agriculture.Rural urbanization of agricultural modernization,solving the problem of single backwardness of rural industry,and striving to form a distribution pattern of modern agricultural development with a line of points and a line.This paper summarizes the domestic and international research theories of modern agricultural and modern agricultural demonstration parks,summarizes the connotation of modern agricultural demonstration parks,and summarizes the various functions,characteristics and categories of modern agricultural demonstration zones.And the meaning,determine the relevant research methods and research techniques.Select a representative case—Shaanxi County Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park,Huaibei Shitai Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone,Yangling Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone for research and analysis,and analyze the success of each case from the overall planning layout,industrial planning analysis and characteristic content.In the place,the experience and enlightenment of the modern agricultural demonstration park in the planning and design of multi-industry integration,characteristic culture mining,project functional area layout,leisure sightseeing and so on.The empirical study takes the Sixian County Sweet potato Industrial Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park as an example.Based on the location analysis,social and natural conditions analysis,SWOT analysis(Mainly including the advantages of policies,industries,locations,etc.,and the challenges and disadvantages of seedling pests,ecological environment,industrial development,etc.)and the analysis of the current situation of the sweet potato industry in Sixian County,the overall planning layout and functional zoning construction plan are proposed.The overall planning and design includes strategic planning and positioning(planning principles,four development goals),spatial distribution(one core,one axis and seven districts),overall layout(eight functional zones),and sweet potato cultural tourism special projects,etc.,introducing sweet potato and vegetable use sweet potato Nutritional value and development and application advantages.According to the status quo and existing problems of the development of sweet potato industry in Sixian County,combined with the planning principles,ideas and objectives,the modern sweet potato industrial system and that characteristic towns will be constructed,and the modern agricultural demonstration park of sweet potato Industrial Estate will be guaranteed from the organization management and operation mode.Construction and future high quality development. |
