Land is the material basis on which mankind depends,and the land system is the basic system of the state.At present,our country is facing a new round of land system reform-land transfer.We need to think deeply abou how to grasp the opportunities that brought by the transfer of land to modern agriculture,involve multiple capital in the land market,create income-generating points for peasants,and develop new ways of building new countryside with Wuwei characteristics.Taking land circulation in Wuwei City,Gansu Province as an example,this paper selects four cases of universality,scale,science and demonstration and demonstration.Based on the data and case analysis,with reference to the literature,investigation and study,field visits and other methods,which analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the transfer of land to the development of modern agriculture and the farmer becoming well-off through seven parts,and It also analyzes the main problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Land circulation must solve the imbalance of development,restrict the shortage of agriculture related funds,solve the problem of "non grain" and the legal system of land circulation,the social security of landless peasants,and the low cultural quality of farmers.Therefore,we need to step up publicity and education to form a social consensusand improve the land market mechanism to regulate the flow of procedures.What's more,we should give full play to the advantage of land resources to increase peasants' incomes and should strengthen peasants' training to improve the ability of employment and entrepreneurship and improve the social security system to solve peasant worries.Take measures to deal with the challenges simultaneously,promote the healthy and orderly development of land transfer,realize agricultural modernization as soon as possible and build our country into a modern and powerful socialist country.
