After the policy of reform and opening up, The party’s policy will significantly in economic development by leaps and bounds, followed by the ability to enhance the national economy and overall national strength, our economic situation is excellent, the steady increase of people’s income, the status of our country in the world has improved day by day, thanks to the trend of the domestic economy, so stabilize the domestic economy fluctuations is particularly important. This paper analyzes some leading domestic consumption function theory of further research, to explore the domestic economy by the end of the control factors, so this paper speak in the original economic model based on the comprehensive and further to dig deep, the residents’income and government spending, and so on are included in the factors affect consumer spending, starting from the model, using SAS software processing data from the data analysis, the application of the points to evaluate our return digits thought domestic consumption, and with maximum likelihood estimation contrast, due to the large difference between urban and rural areas, so this paper will also from two separate to study urban and rural economic results between them the similarities and differences, and verified whether the results coincide with the actual. Finally in the conclusion is that different consumption factors of variable for consumption under the influence is completely different, and it is the same for different area under variable (urban and rural) influence degree is not the same. And in the last in view of this conclusion, given some analysis to explain the model results and fit with the reality.
