In the past few years, food safety problems have caused numerous catastrophic events. Ithas become an extremely prominent government and the social problem that is of greatsignificance to national economy and the people’s1ivelihood. In pace with the increase of thelevel of people’s life and the education, their requirements for food safety also upsurge.Therefore, strengthening the management of China’s food safety social research is beneficial toimprove and promote our country’s food safety management, reduce the society food safetyevents, and enhance the quality of people’s life. This paper discusses and summarizes thedomestic and foreign relevant researches, and reviews related researches home and aboard. Inaddition the paper makes use of questionnaires to investigate the current situation ofmanagement of China’s food safety. It is concluded that the food safety management in ourcountry social exist many problems waiting to be worked out, such as backward in foodinspection means and technology, credit loss in food production enterprises. Finally usingempirical analysis method, in view of the above questions, and the paper puts forwardcountermeasures and suggestions for improving our country’s food safety management.
