Research On Supply Chain Operating Performance Evaluation Of Construction Enterprises Based On Network Capability

With the continuous development of global economic integration, diversified customer demands and product’s harsh conditions, supply chain management is facing increasing challenges. These years, there are more and more scholars started to pay attention to the differ-organizations and networks for business performance, and have achieved certain results. The research on network capabilities and business performance has become a very hot topic, but few people pay attention on the research of network capabilities and supply chain operating performance. In the network economy environment, the model of supply chain management will be the development trend in the future. So the paper attempts to put forward the topic of the research on supply chain operating performance base on network capabilities, to some extent, and make the analysis and research.Based on domestic and international literature review, the paper define a conceptual model of network capacity and supply chain network capacity, and the build the network evaluation model of supply chain network capabilities. After the impact analysis of network capacity evaluation for supply chain operating performance, the article build a supply chain operational performance indicators evaluation system based on network capacity. At last, the empirical analysis on the Olympic Village and Qingdao Music Square engineering supply chain operating performance of Qingdao Construction Group, verify the effectiveness of the project’s supply chain operational performance, which illustrates the application of the index evaluation system. Around the research topic, the paper carried the following aspects:First, based on the study of related literature, the paper defined the concept of supply chain management network capacity, network capability means that it is able to gather and integrate network resource, and configure the resources according to the characteristics of network internal organization in order to enhance the competitive advantage of the whole supply chain in a network environment, and help improve the ability of the supply chain operational performance. In addition, it also instructs the relevant content of network capabilities content, structure and classification.Second, through a literature review of the network capacity, supply chain network capability is divided three dimensions, the three dimensions are the network design capacity, role management capabilities and relationship combined capabilities. And indicators were set for these three dimensions; build the supply chain network capabilities evaluation system. After the impact analyses on network capabilities indicators to supply chain operating performance, the paper build the supply chain operating performance evaluation model based on network capabilities.At last, related data about Olympic Village project of Qingdao Construction Group was investigated and researched. Through processing and analysis these data by the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it concluded that the evaluation result of the Olympic Village project and Qingdao Music Square supply chain operational performance, verify the applicability of the supply chain operations performance evaluation model based on network capabilities.The innovation of this study:(1) this paper builds the evaluation model of supply chain network capability index from three dimensions of supply chain network capabilities, witch are the network design capacity, role management capabilities and relationship combined capabilities;(2) through the impact analyses on network capabilities indicators to supply chain operating performance base on logistics system engineering, the paper build the supply chain operating performance evaluation model based on network capabilities.
