As the competition between single enterprise transfers into supply chains’ competition, the urgency problem is coming into being how to improve the performance of supply chain and the level of competition to make sure failure far away from enterprises. However, the supply chain performance can evaluate operation capacity of supply chain comprehensively, analyze management performance of supply chain and find out weak link so that they can improve the performance of supply chain and the whole level of competition. It is important that evaluation of supply chain performance to optimize supply chain and improve competition level. It is also important part for field of supply chain management. But, existing evaluation of supply chain usually only focus on comprehensive performance, it did not concentrate on joint enterprise, which is not good for finding out shortest wood in supply chain and putting forward specific improvement measure. However, rolled throughput yield(RTY) in six sigma metrics not only can evaluate the whole performance, but also can measure joint enterprise performance, it is easy to find out "hidden factory". Moreover, six sigma indexes in six sigma management has advantage of dimensionless character, it can simplify complex computing process in supply chain performance. So this paper uses six sigma indexes to evaluate supply chain performance.This paper analyses classic evaluation of supply chain performance model and comes up with system of evaluation performance indexes which are based on supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model. This index system newly adds sustainable development capacity indexes which based on old indexes. The old indexes include process and finance indexes. So, new system include four layers which are object layer, criterion layer1, criterion layer2and operational layer, we also subdivide operational layer to make sure that the system is easy to operate and implement. Traditional indexes evaluations usually adopt subjective method which always brings negative influence to performance evaluation. But this paper use formula to quantify operational layer. In addition, due to some indexes are larger-the-better characteristics and some are smaller-the-better characteristics or are different from data range, so we need to deal the indexes with unification and normalization and use six sigma level to measure indexes calibration.To obtain comprehensive evaluation of supply chain, firstly, we need to confirm indexes and weight of joint enterprise; we use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) which based on triangular fuzzy number. This method (EFAHP) not only solves fuzzy characteristics of human judge in AHP, but also avoid problem of matrix consistency check. Secondly, we come up with improving method of EFAHP of RTY (EFAHP-RTY) and overcome formerly part without weight, or the shortcoming with objective weight rely on sample too heavily. Once more, due to different supply chain types, RTY computing method is also different. So this paper will compute RTY under tandem, multiple, parallel serial supply chain. We also transfer joint enterprise performance into whole supply chain performance. Finally, we provide comprehensive evaluation methods of supply chain and we confirm this method validity through a parallel serial supply chain of transnational household appliances manufacture, we also provide radar map with final data results.
