"Labor Shortage" Problem Exploring Of Laizhou Economic Development Zone

In recent years, labor shortage comes out throughout china. To china, which there are seemingly too much surplus rural labor to supply and where the big problem of difficult employment of college graduates exists, the problem of labor shortage is out of expectations, causing great concern in the community.In this paper, based on the actual situation Laizhou Economic Development Zone, using a large number of first-hand information, by analyzing comparatively the employment situation of some representative enterprises, the author summed up the characteristics of employment status of enterprises in the zone, analyzed the causes and accordingly put forward the countermeasures of the problem.This study is limited in the research of labor shortage of counties where labor force is mainly from rural surplus labor force, focusing on the main feature of Laizhou Economic Development Zone’s labor shortage problem comparing to that of large cities. In addition to general measures such as increase the wages of workers by adding the products’value to increase profit, change the shortage of skilled workers in various methods and perfect information release system to smooth information channel, this article also innovatively put forward the countermeasures to solve county labor shortage such as implementation of differential employment management and raising to bigger city to attract foreign labor force.By exploring the labor shortage problem in Laizhou Economic Development Zone The article tries to provide some enlightenments for countrywide counties whose employees mainly are the surplus rural labor to solve their labor shortage problem.
