| This thesis begins with the phenomenon of "labor shortage" and "reflow" in China labor market, trying to explore the correlation among different skill levels in labor supply demand market and the employment of rural migrant labor force. In views of reality of our country at present, labor employment and skill levels of workers have its own specialty as the transferring of dual economic. Overall, the simple "Lewis turning point" does not apply to our labor force issues at present. With the combination of graphical analysis, and extended through the production line to determine the optimal vendors’production decisions, we found that the labor force shortage in China is still a structural. The phenomenon of "labor shortage" and "return" in the root causes is workforce skills and industrial structures do not match. The labor market which requires low skills will promote the employment of China’s rural labor force, but may harm the interests of workers; while "labor shortage" phenomenon will leading to the crowding-out effect in with high-skilled labor market. In addition, through the1985-2009time series data analysis, the improvement of skill levels of the surplus rural labor has a significant positive effect to migration. Although capital investment have a positive spillover effect to employment of rural labor force through the expansion of production and real wages, the heterogeneity of labor skills led to supply and demand gap between the quantity of high-quality and low quality labor, resulting in a greater negative effect in economic development. From the views of phenomenon to the theory and empirical results of the analysis, this paper propose a solution of raising the skill level of the migrate labor force, promoting industrial upgrading in the last chapter. |
