Since China’s reform and opening up, With the rapid development of China’seconomy，Chinese enterprises have vigorously collaboration with overseas enterprisesin business and owned tremendous achievements. There is no doubt that the cheapand almost unlimited supply of labor made tremendous contributions to the economicdevelopment of our country, now more and more people pay attention on the problemof labor demand and supply in China.However, in recent years,”labor shortage”frequently appeared in the Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta, even thoselabor-exporting inland provinces suffered the issue of”labor shortage” in differentdegrees as well. Although the government has formulated relevant policies and theenterprises have also made more efforts to solve the problem, the situation has notimproved, instead, it’s getting worse. If the issue of”Labor shortage” can’t be solvedappropriately,it will make tremendous effects on the operating performance ofenterprises and regional economic upgrade as well as its development, what’s more,the social harmony and stability of national economy will be also influenced by theissue of “Labor shortage”.
