Therefore, in the modern human resources management, enterprise employees on incentive play a critical role, only make the enthusiasm of the employee’s plays out, can make talent team more stable, so as to better promote the realization of the target of the whole enterprise.SW company as a to produce electronic products is the enterprise in recent years facing more and more fierce competition, because the company’s internal management still is not perfected, plus incentive schemes relatively lags behind, the company to the staffs working enthusiasm and initiative is not fully aroused, these in a degree, influence and even hindered the progress and development of the company. Therefore, combined with the actual concrete SW company, aiming at grassroots employees develops more effective grassroots employee’s incentive scheme, so as to give full play to the grass-roots staff of the enthusiasm and creativity, the aim of this company for SW is particularly important.Based on the incentive theory as the guide, through to the grass-roots staff satisfaction survey, the company employees’incentive scheme SW basic present situation, according to the results of the survey, the grassroots employees in SW company performance evaluation, compensation management, staff training and career management etc. Problem, the combination of the practice of company SW, the author put forward some improvement SW company employee motivation scheme optimization of the proposal, and put forward the incentive scheme in the implementation process should pay special attention to the system, environment, system and supervision and security, hope to further standardize SW to the management of the company, fully arouse the staffs working enthusiasm, improve grassroots employees initiative, enhance the SW to basic level employees the company incentive effect, but also for other enterprise in incentive schemes of provides reference for the design optimization. The conclusion of this paper is as follows:(1) SW company has not formed a set of scientific and effective incentive scheme. The company employees incentive system of the lack of integrity and integrity, and no overall guiding ideology and reasonable operation method, the staff of the company work satisfaction relatively low.(2) the company employees incentive SW of optimization design for the company employees incentive lack of basic research, content mainly includes performance design, salary incentive, training motivation and career development incentive design.(3) to improve the grassroots employees to SW company salary, benefits, and performance of substances such as the proportion of the salary reward, with the focus on the material incentive, and at the same time with training and career planning to boost individual ability the enhancement and long-term career development, this as spiritual incentive and long-term incentive methods, so the material incentive and spiritual motivation, short-term incentive and long-term incentive.(4) SW company incentive schemes of the effective implementation of the need to safeguard measures of the joint role, therefore, SW company to working to strengthen system security, environmental protection, system guarantee, supervision and protection.
