| China’s economy has entered the "new normal",with the rapid development of China’s economy,especially the private economy,the problems of human resource management,such as the frequent loss of grassroots employees,the low quality of personnel and the lack of managerial personnel,have become increasingly prominent.This is because private enterprises ignore the importance of spiritual incentive for employees.The spirit of incentive can be a lasting stimulation for employees,to meet the individual needs of employees,stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff,improve employee satisfaction,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,promote the healthy development of enterprises.In this paper,we take W company as the research object,and through the interviews and questionnaire survey of some grassroots employees,we have mastered the status of the spirit incentive of the company to the grassroots employees.summarized the main problems of the company’s spirit incentive to the grassroots employees.Through the systematic analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,we find out the deep-seated causes of these problems,and combine the domestic and foreign experts and scholars to study the theory and results of incentive and spiritual incentive,and formulate a set of method of spirit incentives,with a view to the company to maximize the grassroots employees to improve job satisfaction,better optimize the human resources management,attract talent,train talent,retain talent,thus forming a common development of enterprises and employees win-win situation. |
