Urban rail transit has the advantages of no traffic jam,low fare,high safety factor and convenient environmental protection.Due to the rapid urbanization construction in China,the population of the city has increased dramatically,and the traffic congestion in large and medium-sized cities has been severe.The construction of urban rail transit in China has been gradually established since the 1950 s and has developed rapidly.China's urban rail transit has ushered in a period of rapid development.The rapid development of urban rail transit construction has made rail transit operators increasingly competitive in the demand for professional talents.One of the effective ways to retain talents and strive for talents is to have good incentives and perfect incentives for track operators.C company in Subway Operation is a state-owned sole proprietorship.The company has a party group office,office,personnel department,materials department,safety department,general affairs department,vehicle dispatching room,technical equipment department,vehicle inspection department,maintenance section,finance department,crew section and station section.This paper takes the C company in Subway Operation as the research object,combines the research status of domestic and foreign incentive theory,and uses the questionnaire method and the literature research method to analyze the shortcomings of the existing grassroots employee incentives of the C company in Subway Operation using the demand theory,the fairness theory and the goal setting theory.Optimize the existing grassroots employee incentive plan of the C company in Subway Operation,meet the real needs of the incentives of the grassroots employees of the C company in Subway Operation,improve the loyalty and belonging of the employees,and improve the performance of the grassroots employees.Let the grassroots employees and the enterprise progress and develop together.
