Technological innovation-oriented development model has become the powersource of innovation systems to maintain competitive advantage and sustainedeconomic growth. Indeed focusing on technical innovation to economic growth hascaused extensive concern of scholars. After200years of accumulation and practice,eventually agreed that the technology innovation is sustained economic growth engine.Growth gradually、efficiently absorb new technology results. In the developed countries,technical innovation contribute to the economy more than60%. China as a developingcountry, economy is in a high-speed development. But in the investment of productionand integration with the developed country also existe difference. Development ofChina’s economy is in transition period, changing the mode of economic growth needsrecognizing Chinese economic dynamic characteristics, technical innovation and thedynamic development relationship. Only in this way could China accelerates economygrowth, building and completing national innovation system.Based on above point, this article study the relationship between the China’stechnical innovation and economic growth. Technological innovation behavior isdivided into technical innovation investment behavior and the technological innovationoutput behavior, using Principal Component Analysis, Autoregressive, Cointegration,State Space Model method, combined with Matlab, Spss, Eviews numerical andstatistical tools, In-depth study China’s technological innovation behavior growthtrajectory and distributed lag, economic growth trend and autoregressive movingaverage process, and based on the technological innovation and economic growthdynamic development expound the characteristics between the two mechanisms andrelationship. Through empirical study, proved our country technological innovationbehavior and economic growth cointegration and causality, further construction ofimpulse response function and the state space model, estimated that China’stechnological innovation behavior and economic growth are dynamic process. Draw (1)China’s technical innovation investment behavior and technological innovation outputbehavior have lagged behind. On average technical innovation investment behavior occurred2years later, the technological innovation output behavior of thecontribution amounts to67.8%, and the technological innovation behavior growthtrajectories obey growth function trend;(2) The economic growth of our country presentstage the development features, after1990to the present economic growth depends onfactor of production sustainable investment and development of inertia is large, andChina’s economic growth trend is also amenable to growth function;(3) Technologicalinnovation behavior and economic growth between the long-term have stableequilibrium relationship and elastic coefficient is0.8356. The short term fluctuation ofeconomic growth deviates from the long-term balanced that will be the19.7%adjustment. Technological innovation behavior and economic growth have two-waycausal relationship;(4) Technology innovation behavior and its impact on the economicgrowth coefficient varies with time.The innovation of this study mainly have following aspects.(1) In discussing ourcountry technological innovation behavior and the relationship between economicdevelopment, technological innovation behavior is divided into technical innovationinvestment behavior and technological innovation output behavior, study of this twokinds of innovation behavior among distributed lag.(2) Using the cointegration test,Granger causality test, Error Correction Model, Impulse Response Function, StateSpace Model and other measurement instruments, from the technology innovation andeconomic growth dynamic feature sets out, study the relationship between each otherand theoretical analysis combining empirical test.
