Assessmernt Of Technological Innovation In Jiangxi

Regional technology innovation ability has a very important influence on the development of regional economy,According to the present situation of technological innovation in Jiangxi,to choose the innovation subject on the basis of existed research,start from three angles of technological innovation foundation ability,technological innovation investment ability and technological innovation productive ability respectively.According to the principle of selecting indicators,selected certain indicators and constructed the index system.This paper selected 4 indicators for the technological innovation ability of foundation: high school or above for the proportion of the total population? researchers with graduate or above in the proportion of all scientific researchers ?per capita GDP and the number of research institutions and high-tech enterprises;selected 5 indicators for the investment of technological innovation ability: employees in the type of scientific and technical services social? R&D personnel accounted for the proportion of science and technology to serve the community employment ? R&D intramural expenditure?funding for education and R&D project number;selected 6 indicators for the technological innovation ability of output: the number of published scientific papers?valid invention patents? high-tech industry in the proportion of GDP? the industrial enterprises above designated size sales of new products accounted for the proportion of sales revenue ? high-tech industries to economic growth and the contribution of R&D expenditure GDP unit strength.Through analyze various evaluation methods comparatively,chose the principal component analysis to evaluate index system on the basis of existed data.selected the data of every index factor of 2008-2014 and analyzed their correlations,dimensional processed the value of every index factor,then analyzed the technology innovation ability of foundation,investment and output with principal component analysis horizontal comparatively.Studies have shown that the comprehensive scores of principal component of capability of technology innovation of Jiangxi in 2008-2014:-3.51,-2.19,-1.33,-0.33,0.61,2.73,4.02.According to data,capability of Jiangxi technology innovation has been a growth trend in 2008-2014.The technology innovation ability of foundation,investment and output all has very important influence on the technological innovation ability of Jiangxi.Among them,we could get the research results of foundation capability of technological innovation: researchers with graduate or above in the proportion of all scientific researchers and the number of research institutions and high-tech enterprises have a heavy effect on it;high school or above for the proportion of the total population has a small effect on it.As the research results of investment capability of technological innovation,we could see that R&D intramural expenditure is a essential factor for it;Scientific and technical services social employment?funding for education and R&D project number get the big influence on it;R&D personnel accounted for the proportion of social employees of science and technology has a small effect on it.Then as the research on supporting capability of technological innovation output,As a technology innovation efficiency index,high-tech industries to economic growth play an important role to Jiangxi regional technical innovation;The number of published scientific papers?valid invention patents? high-tech industry the proportion of GDP? the industrial enterprises above designated size sales of new products accounted for the proportion of sales revenue all have very important influence on it;As a technology innovation efficiency index,the contribution of R&D expenditure GDP unit strength has a small effect on it.Theoretical significance of this paper is to further enrich a case study of regional technological innovation ability evaluation,provide comparative data for other researchers;practical significance of the paper is that,for the Jiangxi provincial government departments to grasp the present situation of Jiangxi technological innovation ability,to recognize the impact unfavorable factors of Jiangxi technological innovation capability,and then provide the quantity basis for developing targeted policies.
