Some areas of the city for the current industrialization and urbanization process because of the farmers lost a series of problems arising, has affected social equity and justice. How to solve the problem of landless peasants has become the various local governments need to face reality. In order to better analysis before and after the farmers lost income, social security, employment and other issues, the paper point of view based on social justice, through the surrounding rural areas of Wuhan survey landless peasants, landless peasants on the issue of equity.The first part of this paper is the introduction, this paper introduces the research background and theoretical basis.
