Studies On Protection Of Landless Peasants' Rights Under The Process Of Present Urbanization In Our Country

Nowadays, with the fast pace of urbanization, large amount of agriculturalland is expropriated. So that more and more peasants become a new type of social vulnerable group who have no land to cultivate, no job to do, no opportunity to get minimal living assurance, no money to start their own business. Meanwhile, as a result of the following reasons such as:the defects of the basic system of land ownership, compensation system for the land expropriation are gradually shown up, the addition of the varying extent fall of justice, the defects of the petition system, the faultiness of the social security system, the overall lower level of education and the less possession of the social resources of the peasents, the rights and interests of the special group of landless peasents can not be effectively protected, causing more and more serious social problems, therefore mass incidents caused by losing land are quite many all over the country. Rural land disputes for landless peasants have become the focus of the peasents protecting their rights, which are vital issues affect rural social stability and development. Therefore, how to solve this problem has gradually become a long-term and urgent task.This paper adopt several methods such as systematic analysis, theory studies in combination with policy studies and so on. From the viewpoint of current situations and existing problems happened among peasants'rights protection, also with multidimension analysis of the reasons for defects of landless peasants. This paper proposes a framework to solve problems of current landless peasants'rights defects. Besides introductory theory, the body parts mainly have three sections:Section One, focuses on the analysis of the current situations of landless peasants'rights protection such as lower living conditions, increase in domestic spending, difficulties in re-employment, embarrassment of Identity, Section Two:with thorough multidimension analysis for the reasons of landless peasants'rights damage, there are several factors causing the peasants losing their land like defects in the agricultural land property rights system, compensation and resettlement system, petition system, and the adverse effects of dual economic structure of urban and rural areas, inadequate social security system and the problems caused by government's improper behavior and lower level of peasants'systematic abilities.Section Three:considering our country's present situation, And then puts forward some measures to solve the problem of landless peasants and adequately protect the rights of landless peasants, so that we can maintain the social stability, and build a harmonious society.
