Competition in the twenty-first century is the talent competition in the final analysis. Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises, especially high-level scientific and technological talents, plays a vital role in the development of science and technology enterprises. However, due to the limited number of high-level scientific and technological talents,and the mobility of scientific and technological talents in the high-tech enterprises in China is growing, how to better introduce and retain high-level scientific and technological talents, has become an urgent problem in the current high-tech enterprises.The study using K Sci-tech Enterprises in Dong Guan for the object, analyses the introduction and motivation of the company’s high-level scientific and technological talents, by using questionnaire, depth interviews, statistical analysis research methods.At first the research background and significant of the paper have been represented, the status quo of related research from home and foreign has been reviewed and summarized. And then, it first defines the scope of a high-level scientific and technological talent,and introduces basic theories about the introduction and motivation of the talents. And it investigates and analyses the introduction and motivation of high-level scientific and technological talent in Dongguan K-technology enterprise.Through interviews and questionnaires, sorting the influence factors of the introduction and motivation of corporate high-level scientific and technological talents according to its importance,and finds the main influence factors of the introduction and motivation of corporate high-level scientific and technological talent.For the situation,it discusses the introduction and incentive measures for improvement of the corporate high-level scientific and technological personnel, and proposes a series of safeguards.
