Taking the Department on West Labor Road of Huatai United Securities as theexample, with the method of modern team management, through analysing literature,granting questionnaire and making interviews, the author also collects and grasps thebasic situation of personnel structure of the the West Labor Road Department ofHuatai United Securities and carries on an analysis to its current situation ofmarketing team management. The paper firstly illustrates the existing team system,secondly surveys the employees’ satisfaction towards they own job, before analsingits inernal and external job satisfaction, thirdly investigates the performance ofmarkeitng team by both of the industry assocation data and corporate internalstatistical data. The paper makes the conclusion that there still some problems inmarketing team management with the following representations:(1)The personnelstructure of markteting team lack of scientific, mainly short of professional talents.(2)Job burnout phenomenon arise in the middle-aged staff, especially for the age of36-40employees.(3)The examination index for salary is not worth the customerservice value which needs to be improved.(4)The annual leave system lack ofenforcement and the contents of welfare system needs to perfect.(5)Training systemlacks trainning evaluation.Subsequently, the paper applies team management theory, combined with themarketing department status, and designs improvement plans with the following fivesuggestions:(1)Optimize the personnel structure of the marketing team by the internaladjustment and the introduction of high quality professional.(2)Perfect employeetraining mechanism by the enrichment of training means and the establishment oftraining evaluation.(3)Optimize the staff self-developing mechanism by the jobrotation and diverse promotion channels.(4)Improve the evaluation index of theemployee’s performance which would promote the transformation of staff awarenesson customer service.(5)Ameliorate employee’s working conditions, intensify effortsto support employee’s work and create corporate culture.
