The Analysis Of The Influence Factors Of Development Of Service Outsourcing Of Hunan Province With Empirical Analysis

Along with the size of international transfer of service has gradually increased,production in different areas continuously subdivided, the adjustment of a new roundof global industry structure is arising, the international division of labor has appearedin service production, these changes have produced important effects either indeveloped countries or in developing countries. As a developing country, theadvantage of developing service outsourcing of China are manifested from stablepolitical situation, the huge and increasingly open market, gradually perfectinfrastructure and so on, attracting more and more requires of service to invest inChina. Hunan province has made great progress in service outsourcing industry by thechance of the service outcourcing is transfering from international to domestic,andefrom coastal to the inland. The service outsourcing has become the fresh highlight andimportant growth point in Hunan in constructing the "two type of society" of resourceconservation and environment friendly. At the same time, the development of serviceoutcourcing of Hunan are subject to the influence of factors such as cost, laborendowment, infrastructure construction, economic environment. The pointments ofthis study are how to find these influence factors and how to locate the relationshipbetween the influence factors and the development of service outsourcing of Hunanwhich for better policy suggestion of development of service outsourcing in Hunan.This paper is based on the characteristics of the service outsourcing industry, usethe mathod of combination of theoretical and empirical, to analyze the influencefactors of development of service outsourcing of Hunan province. First of all, analyzethe current situation of service outsourcing of Hunan, with the combination oftheoretical foundation, described several main analysis frame of the serviceoutsourcing, deduced the the inluence factors of development of service outsourcingof Hunan for the cost, labor endowment,infrastrcture constrction,economicenvironment on the use of analysis framework of Rolland Berg ’s" BPO enterpriselocation factors" and do the descriptive statistics analysis with those several mainfactors,. Second, select specific indicators of cost, labor endowment,infrastrctureconstrction,economic environment and put forward hypothesis, set up themeasurement model to undertake the regression analysis, draw the correspondingemirical results that echoes the hypothesis, next, use the mathod of the principal component analysis to analyze the city competitiveness based on service outsourcinginfluence factors of Hunan, and concluded that the advantages and disadvantages ofdevelopment of service outsourcing of Hunan in four levels of cost, labor endowment,infrastructure construction, economic envrironment, and summed up the levels ofHunan to develop service outsourcing. Finally, put forward corresponding policysuggestions of development of Hunan service outsourcing according to the conclusionof this article.
