Analysis On The Influencing Factors To Undertake Offshore Service Outsourcing

Service outsourcing has the characteristics of large added value,low resource consumption,less environmental pollution,and high information technology carrying capacity.The development of service outsourcing is a breakthrough to promote the transformation of industrial structure and the transformation of economic development mode.This paper takes 23 major offshore service outsourcing countries,such as India and China,as samples,and uses the international input-output data to establish a panel data model for 23 countries from 2008 to 2016,focusing on the factors affecting the undertaking of offshore service outsourcing.The analysis finds that the size of the market in the country,the protection of intellectual property rights,and the degree of openness of service outsourcing play an important role in service outsourcing,while the factors such as labor quality and labor cost have a certain role in promoting service outsourcing.The factors of economic freedom are contrary to the assumptions.It is inspired by the empirical results,and provides policy recommendations for China to better undertake offshore service outsourcing.
