With the deepening of economic globalization,artificial intelligence is popular,the service outsourcing industry is developing rapidly,and the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce in various countries.Service outsourcing has experienced 1.0 driven by IT technology and 2.0 driven by the Internet.Now it has entered the era of 3.0 driven by the new generation of information technology.In this era,the competition between enterprises is more intense,because the competitors are not only enterprises,but also new technology to replace the service outsourcing enterprises.The service outsourcing industry has new characteristics,intelligence and platform.Facing the fierce competition in the international service outsourcing market,how to obtain more service outsourcing contracts and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has become an important issue for service outsourcing enterprises to pay close attention to.After more than ten years of development,China has become the second largest offshore outsourcing country in the world.The rapid development is accompanied by many problems to be solved,such as the tight supply and demand of talents,imperfect laws and regulations,low value of service outsourcing and lack of mastery of new technology.Service outsourcing 3.0 is a shuffle for service outsourcing enterprises.If we seize this opportunity,we can gain new growth momentum,optimize service outsourcing industry and develop service outsourcing business with higher added value.This paper studies the challenges and problems faced by Y Company in the internal and external environment,finds out the problems in the process of undertaking service outsourcing projects,and studies and formulates strategies to enhance the undertaking ability of service outsourcing.The research methods used in this paper are investigation method,case analysis method,quantitative analysis method and comparative analysis method.Promoted by new opportunities for the development of service outsourcing,a new competitive pattern,diversified delivery mode and new content of service outsourcing have been formed.Based on the study of the actual situation of Y Company,the development status of service outsourcing industry and new technology knowledge,this paper finds that the competition and development of service outsourcing enterprises have changed from relying on low-priced labor to improving service quality.Under the background of intelligence,service outsourcing enterprises need to break through technological innovation and adopt new measures.Automation innovation,to get rid of the impact of human resources on the development of service outsourcing,through technological innovation to enhance the quality of service enterprises,enhance the ability to undertake service outsourcing.The result of this paper is that Y Company tries out the strategy of Automation Innovation by using automation robot and robot process automation,which improves the ability of undertaking service outsourcing projects and broadens the scope of undertaking service outsourcing projects.But when implementing automatic innovation strategy,there will be resistance from many sides.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of Automation Innovation strategy,it is necessary to formulate corresponding safeguard measures to assist the implementation of automation strategy according to the specific situation of the company.
